INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC EXPO 2012 – The 8th Umra-Hajj & Islamic Tourism is open to all above Countries Product and Services & Companies.

 PARTICIPATION FEE :

 Prime Area A (Red Area) :  Only for sponsored
 Prime Area B (Yellow Area) :  USD 3,000,- / booth (9 sqm)
 Prime Area B (Yellow Area) :  USD 6,000,- / booth (18 sqm)
 Standard Area (Green Area) :  USD 2,500,- / booth (9 sqm)
 Standard Area (Green Area) :  USD 4,500,- / booth (18 sqm)

SHELL SCHEME BOOTH (REFER TO NON MODIFIED BOOTH)

The Official Contractor will provide the following items for each Shell Scheme Stand as detailed
 
Fascia

:  Blue background with Exhibitor's name in English (max 30 letters) in
   white vinyl cutout lettering.

Paneling :  Three-side panel partitions in white finish. In case of corner booths, it
   will be two side walls and two fascia boards.
Carpet :  Grey carpet covering inside Shell Scheme Area; Grey carpet covering the
   gang way and the remaining floor area.
Furniture :  One information counter cover with Table Sheet, Two folding chairs, One
   wastepaper basket, 2 Potted Palm inside the booth, 1 Flower Table
Lighting :  Two units of fluorescent tube.
Power :  One 2 Amp single phase socket (not to be used to connect spot lights &
   fluorescent lights).

DEADLINE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The registration deadline is 14 NOVEMBER 2012. A late payment fee will apply for registration received after this date.

Cancellation notices POSTMARKED ON or BEFORE 14 NOVEMBER 2012 will be entitled to a 50% refund. All cancellation must be made in writing to "THE INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC EXPO 2012" Secretariat.

No refund will be made for any cancellation notices postmarked after 14 NOVEMBER 2012
. All Payment for refunds will be made only after the closing of THE INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC EXPO 2012.

ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTRATION

Your application, when signed and stamped by the company's common seal, paid in full shall serve as an agreement between the "INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC EXPO 2012" Host Committee and the applying organization. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to consider as incomplete any REGISTRATION FORM submitted without signature or common seal of the company and with no payment.
