The Official Contractor will provide the following items
for each Shell Scheme Stand as detailed

DEADLINE AND CANCELLATION
POLICY
The registration deadline is 19 DECEMBER 2011. A
late payment fee will apply for registration received
after this date.
Cancellation notices POSTMARKED ON or BEFORE 19 DECEMBER 2011 will be entitled to a 50% refund. All cancellation
must be made in writing to "THE INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC EXPO 2012" Secretariat.
No refund will be made for any cancellation notices
postmarked after 19 DECEMBER 2011. All Payment for
refunds will be made only after the closing of THE INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC EXPO 2012.
ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTRATION
Your application, when signed and stamped by
the company's common seal, paid in full shall serve as
an agreement between the "THE INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC EXPO 2012" Host Committee and the applying
organization. The Organizing Committee reserves the
right to consider as incomplete any REGISTRATION FORM
submitted without signature or common seal of the
company and with no payment.
