Removal of
Rubbish
During the build-up period the Exhibitor
shall be responsible for the day-to-day removal
of rubbish (i.e. empty paint cans, lumber
scrapes etc.). Failure to do this will result in
the Exhibitor being liable for service fees
involved in rubbish removal. |

Hall Structures
In the construction of the stand, existing
walls shall not be use in any way (i.e. nailing,
wiring or fixing of exhibits). |

3 |
Electrical
Connection for electricity supply must only
be carried out by the Official Exhibition
Contractor. |

4 |
Floor Covering
In accordance with the Organizers build-up
schedule, Exhibitors doing their own stand
construction must arrange to have:
a. Carpets and back walls installed within 24
hours of their scheduled
starting date.
b. All carpets and floor coverings must be
affixed with double-sided tape.
These tapes are to be removed during the dismantling period.
The use
of paint or glue on the floor of the exhibition hall is
strictly forbidden.
Failure to comply with these regulations may delay
installation of the
electrics and equipment move-in, as well as an additional
cleaning fee
being charged to the Exhibitor. |

Fire Regulations
All materials used in the stand construction
must be properly fire-proofed in accordance with
local regulations. |

6 |
Building
Regulations
All exhibitors building their own stand must
submit a detailed drawing with dimensions
illustrating the design of their stand to the
Organizers by 15 February 2008 for approval. |

Dismantling
At the close of the exhibition, it is the
joint responsibility of the Exhibitor and his
contractor to dismantle and remove the stand
(including debris), in accordance with the
dismantling schedule issued by the Organizers. |

Connection Fee
All private contractors undertaking pavilion
design for their clients are required to pay a
connection fee of $ 25 per sqm (of the total
pavilion/booth space undertaken for their
client) to the Official Contractor. The payment
MUST BE MADE before commencing with the build-up
of their client's pavilion/booths. |

Refundable
Deposit
When the Exhibitor's appointed contractor is
not the Organizers official contractor this
contractor will be required to provide the
Official Contractor with a refundable deposit of
$ 500 per 9 square meter based on the contractor
space. This is to ensure that the Rules and
Regulations are abided by and to cover any
possible damages to the Exhibition Center
arising directly or indirectly and/or the
disposal of extra waste left on site after the
event (if any) by contractor concerned.
The deposit shall be refunded after the
exhibition, subject to the clearance of the site
by the Official Exhibition Contractor and no
damage being recorded by Kartika Expo Center.
Private contractors are also required to work
closely with the Official Contractor and abide
by all regulations set by the management of
Kartika Expo Center and the Organizers. |

Observance of
Rules and Regulations
Exhibitors are responsible and liable for
their contractors observance of all Rules and
Regulations, including the strict observance of
build-up & tear-down timetable/schedule. The
organizers reserves the right to charge any such
Exhibitor and/or contractor who had violated any
rule or regulation or delay in the build-up or
tear down, for additional works required as a
result of the violation. |
